Prep Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 1 cup
1 small bag (6 oz.) red radishes, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Bavarian mustard
2 green onions, minced
1 tablespoon each; sour cream, fresh minced parsley
Mix ingredients in small bowl. Can be made several hours in advance.
Radishes will become strong if held longer.
Cover and chill 2-3 hours or overnight before serving.
