2 lamb racks cut into individual chops
1\2 cup canola oil
3 tbls chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch fresh chopped oregano
Mix all ingredients together and pour over lamb chops. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Place small amount of oil in pan over medium heat.
Place chops in pan so they lay flat.
Brown chops on each side for approximately 3 minutes
Remove chops from skillet and arrange on serving plate.
