1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
Juice from one orange
2 Tbls orange zest
2 Tbls Dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and reduce over medium heat until reduced by
half and thickened.
Place ham in pan with 3/4 cup water, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove ham from oven and coat with ham glaze.
Return ham to oven uncovered for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until ham temperature
is 145 degrees internally. Remove ham from oven and place on serving plate.
