Our prepared foods department is proud to roll out a new, fresh option for our Dearborn guests. Every weekend and also every Friday in March we are offering a selection of sauces, noodles and various toppings to craft custom pasta combinations for a quick lunch or a healthy, family dinner.
Whether you’re craving asian or italian, we’ve got you covered. Simply choose your noodles, meats, vegetables and other toppings, take home and reheat. Our black tray containers are microwave safe but also try tossing your pasta in a skillet over medium heat. At $6.99 a pound, you can’t beat that fresh deal!
Here are some combination ideas for you to try:
Fresh Tomato, Sausage & Pecorino Pasta
Start with rigatoni pasta with just olive oil then add: sweet italian sausage, olive oil (more if desired) minced garlic, chopped tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
Asparagus & Chicken Carbonara
Start with alfredo sauce then add: sliced asparagus, olive oil, chicken breast, flat-leaf parsley and bacon.
Cavatappi with Sausage, Eggplant & Feta
Start with marinara sauce and then add: cubed, peeled eggplant, italian sausage, diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
